chopped onion-1/2 cupgarlic crushed-1 tspjalapeno chilli-1/4 cup2 cans of cooked garbanzocumin seed-1tbspcloves-1tsfcardamom-1 tsfcinnamon ground- 1 tsf
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and pop cumin seed .Add the other spices and the tomatoes-cook tilll the spices are no longer raw smelling.Add the chillis.
cook the vegetables,and if needed,add a tsf of lemon juice.Garnish with parsley and coriander.
