Ingredients
Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1/2 - 3/4 boxOlive Oil, 1/4 cup Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Garlic, 1 clove choppedOregano, ground, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Basil, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (
Directions
cut chicken into small pieces
stir fry in olive oil.
Chop vegetables in small pieces.
When chicken is browned add vegetables.
Add olive oil as needed.
Mix spices and sprikle over stir fry.
Add garlic.
Low heat, covered untill done.
Serve over noodles.
