The pancakes never "bubbled" like regular pancakes and were a little cakier. However, being on Ph2 of South Beach, these were a good sub for "regular" pancakes. - 1/4/13

I made these for breakfast today and I made extra to freeze but I threw them in the trash because they tasted of straight up flour. I even added a tsp of vanilla extract. Next time I will retry and either add some kind of mix in or splenda but this is a good base recipe. - 2/28/21

Delicious, efficiently easy-to-make, and easy clean-up recipe! Nice flavor. I followed the recipe, after the first batch of pancakes, I added just a little bit of water, 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, and approximately 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg. Delicious!!! Thank you!!!! - 4/15/20

I substituted the "real egg" for a "flax egg" (1 tbsp ground flax meal + 3tbsp water) and added a little butter and honey, and they turned out good! They were pretty dense and extremely filling (I could barely finish 2), and for a healthy pancake pretty satisfying! - 12/14/13
