Erika's Rosemary and Garlic Sauted Potatoes

Ingredients
400 grams Red Potatoes1.5 T olive oil1T Rosemary1T minced Garlic1T garlic salt1T chopped shallots
Directions
- Chop all ingredients, separately
- Add oil to saute pan, add garlic rosemary and shallots. sweat until they are translucent.
- Add potatoes.
- Check frequently, til the potatoes are a golden brown.
