Curried Chicken with Noodles

Ingredients
3 tbsp Onions, finely chopped3 Garlic cloves, crushed1/2 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat1/4 cup Half and Half Cream3 oz Chicken Breast, no skin1 1/2 tbsp Curry powder1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper flakes1 cup Egg Noodles, cooked
Directions
Saute chopped onion and crushed garlic until soft. Add in yogurt and half&half (sub extra yogurt for half&half if desired) and heat through. Add curry powder and chicken. Stir, then add cooked egg noodles. Simmer a couple minutes, then serve. Season with pepper flakes.

Makes 1 entree-sized serving or 2 smaller servings.
