mozzarella-stuffed turkey meatballs

1 pkg (20 oz) Jennie-O Italian Seasoned ground turkey1/3 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup breadcrumbs1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese1 medium egg1 tsp garlic salt1 TBSP dried basil5 oz of lowfat mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 small cubes
Preheat the oven to 350* f.
In a large bowl, soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for a few minutes. Add the ground turkey, the egg, parmesan cheese, the garlic salt, and the basil. Mix well. Take 2 TBSP at a time and shape into a ball. Poke a cube of mozzarella cheese into each meatball.
Bake at 350* for 25-30 min.
Makes 20 meatballs- 2 meatballs per serving.
Serve with a favorite marinara sauce (not included in nutritional info.
