Easy Cheese Tortillas

1/4 C., Cheddar Cheese, Shredded.1/4 C., Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded.2- Any style Low Carb Tortillas, fajitas sized.
In small bowl or cup, toss the cheeses together, pre-heat non-stick pan till a drop of water 'sizzles'.
Place the Tortillas into the hot pan and when surface 'pops', sprinkle the cheese on half of the tortilla and fold closed. Check when 1st pan facing side is golden and 'flip' to brown the remaining side. Remove, keeping warm until ready to serve.
Serve as is or topped with Picante or Salsa.
