Corny Ham Bundles

3 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened1 TBSP mayo or salad dressing1 c cubed or diced fully cooked ham1/2 c fresh or frozen corn (I recommend fresh!)1/4 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese2 tsp finely chopped onion1 - 8 oz tube reduced fat crescent rolls
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayo until blended. Stir in the ham, corn Monterey Jack cheese and onion.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Seal seams and perforations.
Spoon 1/4 of the ham mixture into the center of each rectangle. Bring corners to center and pinch to seal closed.
Transfer to baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 4 stuffed sandwiches
