Black Bean and Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 cans (150z) black beans undrained and divided3 cups water 1 small chopped white onion1 envelope Italian dressing mix1.5 cup instant brown rice uncooked
Directions
Place 1.5 cans black beans in blender cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into large saucepan. Add remaining beans , water, onion, and salad dressing mix stir until well blended. Bring to boil on medium hight heat. Stir in rice Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 5 min
makes 7, 1 cup servings
