Easy Minced Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
800g of Minced Beef2 Medium Onions Chopped350g (3 small tins drained) of canned mushrooms400g (1 Large tin) Cream of Mushroom Soup350g (1 1/2 Cups) of Reduced Fat Sour Cream3 fl.oz (6 tbsp) of Dry Sherry 3 tsp of Chopped Garlic (Can replace with Garlic Powder4 tsp of Dried Mixed Herbs (Or Herbs to taste)2 tbsp of Soy SauceSalt and Pepper to tasteThis will produce 8 large portions.....
Directions
Brown the Mince in a large Pan or Wok (No Oil Required). When browned add onion garlic and soy sauce and fry for a further 3 mins. Now add remaining ingrediants one at a time and bring to boil. Once at boiling point, reduce heat, cover and simmer for aprox 15 mins.
Serve with either rice or egg noodles.
