Flat iron steak

Ingredients
1 lb flat iron steak 2 fresh garlic cloves 1 cup chopped onion 2 tbsp Grillmate Chicago Steak seasoning.25 cup Red wine Vinegar 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Add all ingredients to a 2 inch pan place steaks in pan and then flip once. Put pan in oven for 20 mins to broil on normal heat. Careful not to burn tops . Remove and serve over steamed veggies.
