Low Calorie Quiche

1 large Whole Wheat Tortilla4 eggs2 % Milk, 1.5 cupSwiss Cheese, 1 cup, shredded, divided1 diced red bell pepper1 cup diced onions4 oz thinly sliced Hormel Low Sodium Ham or 4 slices Butterball low sodium turkey bacon1/2 tsp salt free seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Saute onions and bell peppers in small amount of olive oil.
Spray a 9" deep pie pan with olive oil sprayer.
Lay tortilla in pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the swiss cheese onto tortilla.
Evenly distribute pepper and onion mixture and ham slices on top.
Sprinkle remaining cheese. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together and pour over filling.
Bake for 15 min then lower heat to 350 and bake 30 more minutes.
You can add any veggies you like as long as most of the moisture is removed from them. Could also make vegetarian.
Serving size is 1/8 of quiche.
