Groovy Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Northland Pomegranate Plue Blueberry juice1/2 cup Vanilla soy milk1 medium banana, frozen then sliced1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Add all ingredients in order in the carafe of a blender. Put in the fridge overnight for easier blending. Start off on a low setting and let the blender "chew" the fruit. When it has reached a blendable consistency, amp up the power to high for about a minute. To add some lovely volume via air bubbles, set the blender to frappe and let it rip for 30 seconds to a minute. Pour into a tall glass, add a straw and enjoy! The best part of wakin' up is this stuff in your cup!
