Indian Korma Style Chicken

2 onions, diced and sauteed 1 cup Mediterranean yogurt or sour cream 2 tbsp spicy, not sweet, mango chutney4 cloves of garlic, diced4 tsp turmeric 2 tsp chili powder4 tsp garam masala(this is not included in the ingredient list as I could not find nutritional info)it is a blend of spices2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray.
Sauteed onions until translucent. Instead of butter or oil I use a few tablespoons of chicken stock.
Put everything but the chicken in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over the top.
bake for 30 minutes.
It's great over brown rice or couscous!
