Chinese 5-spice stir-fry

Ingredients
18 ounces cooked or 24 ounces raw cubed chickenOnions - 2 cups chopped.Red Bell Peppers - 1 cup chopped8 ounces sliced mushroomsBrown rice - cooked - 3 cups
Directions
Chop veggies and chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Add cooked rice, and sitr-fry until it's all done. Sitr in 1 tsp of chinese 5-spice mix.
Serve hot.
Freezes well.
