Tuna Noodle Cassarole

Ingredients
2 T butter2 T flourNature Season2 c whole milk1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1- 10oz pkg frozen broccoli2 cans tuna8 oz Veggie Rotini
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta cooks:

Melt butter in lg saucepan over med heat and whisk in flour until smooth. Let cook for 1-2 minutes stirring often.
Whisk in milk 1/4 cup at a time until smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Fold in broccoli, cover, and simmer until broccoli is heated through. Stir occassionally.
Add tuna and drained pasta, and stir to combine.

Makes 4 - 6 servings
