Ellen's No-Crust Supreme Pizza Quiche

4 large eggs1/2 cup heavy cream1/2 cup water1/2 cup mayonnaise2 tbsp flaxseed1 tbsp whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp basil, dried1/2 tsp marjoram, dried1/4 tsp oregano, ground4 oz Italian cheese blend, shredded8 Bob Evans sausage patties (from 24 oz pkg)1/2 small onion, diced1 green pepper, diced2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
Brown the sausage patties in a skillet, crumbling the meat as it cooks, resulting in browned ground sausage. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl. combine the eggs, cream, water, mayonnaise, flaxseed, flour, and spices. Blend.
Remove seeds from tomatoes, and dice the tomatoes, onion, and green pepper.
Spray 9" glass pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
Add cooled sausage, cheese, and diced vegetables to egg mixture, stir to combine, and pour into pie plate.
Bake at 350 one hour.
