Directions
makes about 3 servings...

chop fresh ingredients.

add oil to pan... sweat herbs and shallots and garlic...
season the meat however you like, and add it to the pan with the rest.

brown the meat.

once browned, when meat is still red on inside i add the beef broth and let it simmer.

once its boiling add the cornstarch slurry.

when think enough its done.
