Healthy Sloppy Joe Skillet w/Ground Turkey (1/2 cup serving)

Ingredients
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)1 medium red bell pepper1/4 c. frozen spinach1.25 lbs. extra lean turkey1/4 c. brown sugar1 T. cumin1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper4 oz. orzo2 tsp yellow mustard1 tsp garlic
Directions
Brown ground turkey with 1 tsp garlic and season w/salt, pepper, and cumin.
In blender combine bell pepper, tomato sauce, and spinach until well blended. When turkey is browned, add sauce, and brown sugar, mustard, and 2 cups of water. Mix well, add orzo. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes or until orzo is tender.
