Pulled Pork (Crock Pot)

1 3lb Pork Shoulder/Butt1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp Emerill Seasoning 1 packet McCormicks Pulled Pork Seasoning Packet (Slow Cooker)2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Night before - trim pork, then rub with oil and seasonings (Emirill & McCormick). Wrap pork in plastic wrap and then place in a covered container in the fridge.
Day of Eating - Unwrap pork and put it into your slow cooker. Pour in Apple Cider Vinegar. Put lid on slow cooker and cook 6-10 hours (follow the directions of your slow cooker). After the pork is done, Put meat on sheet pan and pull into strands. Put meat back into cooker with Vinegar. Enjoy! I am assuming 22 2oz servings.
