Cool Veggie Ranch Pizza

Ingredients
2 tubes of REDUCED Fat crescent rolls2 c. lite sour cream1 packet of hidden valley ranch dry dip mix1 c. carrots1 c. celery1 c. cauliflower1 c. broccoli1 c. colby jack cheese (shredded)
Directions
Lay out the crescent rolls on a large baking sheet and roll the seams together. Bake according to directions on the package. Meanwhile, chop the carrots, celery, cauliflower, and broccoli. Mix the dry dip mix with the sour cream. After the crescent rolls have cooled, spread the ranch dip all over the crust, sprinkle on the carrots, celery, cauliflower, and broccoli. Then top with the cheese and refrigerate for 2 hours. Makes 16 squares.
