Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbledOregano, ground, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 dashSalt, 1 tspCarrots, raw, 2 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 largeWhite Wine, 8 fl ozWater, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cupPotato, gold, 4 servingCariboo, 8 oz
Directions
Braise the cariboo on all sides
deglaze pan with 1 cup of wine and 1/2 cup brandy
cut up veggies in small chunks
add everything to crockpot
fill crockpot till everything is covered
cook for 8 hours+ on low
2 hours befor serving add barley to
