Whole Wheat Molasses Bread

Ingredients
3 c. whole wheat flour1.5 c. uncooked quick oats2 pkg. dry yeast1 tblsp. salt2.5 c. skim milk.5 c. molasses.5 c. I Can't Believe It's Butter -stick form2 eggs2-3 c. all-purpose flour
Directions
In large mixer bowl, combine whole wheat flour, oats, yeast and salt. Heat milk, molasses and butter until lukewarm (105-115'). Pour into mixer bowl; add eggs. Mix until moistened, then beat 2 min. Gradually add 2-2.5 c. all-purpose four, scraping sides while mixing. Lay on floured counter and knead 5 minutes.
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1.5 hours. Punch dough down and form into 3 loaves. Place in greased 9X5X3 pans. Cover ad let rise about 35 min. Bake in preheated oven-375' for 25-30 min. Makes 3 loeaves.
