Creamy Italian Chicken & Vegatables w/ Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 cup fresh zuccini, chopped1.5 cup fresh yellow squash, sliced1 cup fresh tomato, chopped2 tsp minced garlic2 cup fresh, sliced mushrooms.5 tsp basil.5 tsp oregeno2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil12 oz spinich linguine12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed( approx. 3-4 oz breasts)2 tbsp heavy cream
Directions
Chop/slice veggies & chicken. In a large skillet, sautee cubed chicken in olive oil, garlic, basil, and oregeno. When chicken is half cooked, add mushrooms, tomato, zuccini, squash and sautee until veggies are tender. While ingredients are simmering, boil pasta for 4-7 minutes until cooked, drain, rinse. When chicken/veggies are done, drizzle 2 tbsp cream over mixture and stir. Serve over pasta. Makes 6 - servings)
