Shrimp in Garlic Sauce with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Reduced sodium chicken broth1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch2 Green Peppers, cut into strips1 Onion, sliced into thin wedges6 Cloves, minced1 Tbsp Margarine30 Medium Shrimp2 Cups cooked Brown Rice, medium grain
Directions
1. For sauce stir together chicken broth and cornstarch, set aside.
2. In a wok cook peppers, onion, and garlic in 1tbsp margarine about 3 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove from wok.
3. Add shrimp and 1 tbsp margarine, stir fry until shrimp are pink and cooked through
4. Push shrimp to side and add sauce to center , cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
5. Reurn vegetables and toss to coat.
6. Serve shrimp & vegetable mixture on top of hot cooked rice.
