Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 5 clove (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)Beans, white, 2 cup (remove)Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)Cumin, 2 tsp (remove)Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)2 Cinnamon sticks
1. Cook turkey with EVOO.
2. Add peppers, onion, and Garlic and cook until tender.
3. Add Tomatoes, beans and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
4. Add cilantro, chili powder, cumin, paprika, basil, and oregano. Salt and Pepper to Taste. Add cinnamon sticks.
5. Lower Heat to simmer, let simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Serve with Chips or Quesadillas.
