- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
1 3/4 tsp - Splenda, granulated5/8 tsp - Salt2 cups - All-Purpose Flour1 1/2 tsp - Yeast, rapid rise1 3/4 tsp - Oregano1 3/4 tsp - Basil, chopped (I like to use freeze dried)2/3 cup - Warm Water2 tbsp - Olive Oil3/4 tsp - Minced Garlic
1) In a mixer, fitted with a dough hook, combine all ingredients. Mix on low until well combined. Knead on medium-low for 5-10 minutes until dough is stretchy and smooth to the touch.
2) Cover bowl with damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
3) Coat pizza pan with cooking spray, spread dough. Top with sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes, or until nicely browned. Slice pizza into six slices.
*If you would like to make individual serving pizzas, separate the dough into 6 evenly sized balls before allowing dough to rise. Then strech each ball out individually. Reduce cooking time by half.
Serving size is 1 slice (or 1 personal pizza).
