Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
4 green peppers1 lb lean ground beef1/2 cup Instant Rice1can tomato saucesmall onion choppedSalt & Pepper
Directions
Brown the ground beef and onions. Cut tops off peppers & clen seeds out. After beef in browned add rice & 1/2 tomato sauce simmer until rice is tender.
Steam peppers in mirowave for 5 minutes.
Stuff peppers with beef mixture put in baking dish pour rest of tomato sauce over peppers. Put 1/2 cup water in pan. Bake 30 min. at 350.
