Dijon Chicken Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
1 loaf of French bread3 cups chopped cooked chicken1 can of mushrooms, drained4 green onions diced12 oz. monterey-jack cheese2 1/2 c. milk5 eggs3 T. dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grease a 9x13 pan. Cube the loaf of bread into 1" cubes and layer half on the bottom of the pan. Follow with a layer of chicken, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Layer last half of the bread. In a large bowl, mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the bread. Chill in refridgerator 2-24 hours. Bake at 325 for 40 min or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
