Made this last night. I cut the recipe in half since there are only two of us at my house and also added a diced jalapeno chili pepper to give a a bit more of a kick. I will definitely make this recipe again- it delicious and filling! - 10/27/11

Great to make for lunches too. I add a tablespoon of light sour cream and a smidgen of cheese - gets me up to 3 (sometimes 4 points depending on the cheese amount) - great to freeze and take in my lunch. - 8/18/08

I make this at least ever other week. It is good, cheap, loaded with veggies, easy to make and ONE POINT! I make it with crushed tomatoes, though, which results in a bit thicker, more "chili-ish" consistency. - 6/5/08
