Cauliflower and Potatoes Cooked with Fenugreek and Fennel Seeds

Ingredients
3 pounds cauliflower, separated into tiny florets, not more than 1/2"1 tbsp oil2 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2" dice1/4 tsp whole fenugreek seeds1 tsp whole cumin seeds1 to 2 whole dried red hot peppers3/4 tsp. ground tumeric1 tsp. ground coriander seeds1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp. garam masala
Directions
Saute the red pepper, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, and cumin seeds in the hot oil. Quickly add the potatoes and cauliflower. Sprinkle tumeric and coriander over and stir. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and let cook for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the garam masala over and stir in. Salt and pepper to taste.
