Ingredients
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini2 cups thinly sliced yellow squash1 small onion sliced thinsalt to tastblack pepper to tasteMrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning to taste2 Tbsp EVOO
Directions
Sliced onion. Spray large skillet with cooking spray and add onion. Saute over medium to medium high heat while slicing squash and zucchini. Add in vegetables and seasonings and olive oil. Saute over medium heat until all veggies are translucent but not mush. Makes 4 servings.
