Ingredients
2Tbsp Olive Oil5 Garlic cloves, minced1 raw onion - chopped2 tbsp Chilli Powder2 1/2 tsp Cumin1 6oz can Tomato Paste1 19 oz can Black Beans - Rinsed and Drained2 19 oz can Red Kidney Beans - Rinsed and Drained1 398ml can (about 1 cup) Pinto Beans - Rinsed and Drained1 1/2 cups Vegetable Stock640 Grams Veggie Crumble - optional2 19 oz can Spicy Red Pepper chunky tomatoes
Directions
Makes 14 - 1 1/2cup servings*

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic until the onion is soft.

Empty into slow cooker with all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low 6-8hrs.
