8 oz of elbow noodles8oz Sharp Cheddar12oz lowfat cottage cheese8oz lowfat sour cream1/2 C 1% milk1/4 C parmesan cheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to directions. In bowl combine rest of ingrediants add cooked pasta and combine. Lightly Spray 8x8 baking dish and pour pasta mixture in. Bake 350 for 30-45 min. May top with extra cheese or crushed ritz, not added into recipe calculation. Makes 6 servings as main dish.
