Ingredients
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries12 oz cool whip free16 oz 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese(softened)12 oz light strawberry yogurt1 pkg jello sugar free/fat free cheese cake pudding2 cups skim milk
Directions
Make sure cool whip and cream cheese has been softened. In food processor, mix all ingredients except for 1 cup of the strawberries. Mix until completely blended. Spoon into serving container(s); Fold in remaining strawberries; chilled until set. 99 calories a serving. 12 serviings.

    Unfortunately there are mistakes in this recipe. The directions say to use 1/3 fat cream cheese and 12 oz Cool Whip Free. The calories are figured for fat FREE cream cheese and 24 TBSP Cool Whip Free. I doubled the strawberries, but there just wasn't much flavor here. About 145 calories per serving. - 5/12/14
