steak marinade

Ingredients
3/4 c. cider vinegar (or blend with red wine vinegar)juice of 1/2 lime1 t. ground cumin1 T. Montreal steak seasoning2 t. hot pepper sauce1 T. worcestershire sauce1 t. garlic powder1/4 c. medium chunky salsa1/4-1/2 t. red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix together and marinate punctured steaks up to 24 hours, but at least 4-6.
Gives wonderful flavor, no need for salt.

    This was great! I was short on cider vinegar so used blend of cider, red wine, and balsamic vinegars. Wasn't sure how much juice was in half a lime so I used 1 Tbsp bottled lime juice. - 5/26/09
