roasted potatoes II

Ingredients
4 small potatoes1 T. oilive oil1/4 t. salt1/4 t. onion powder1/4 t. garlic powder1/2 t. dried parsley 1/4 t. paprika
Directions
Partially cook potatoes in boiling water until NOT quite done. Remove and cut into quarters. Drizzle oil and sprinkle spices on them in a bowl. Mix to coat evenly.
Arrange on grill and turn occaisionally. Grill until brown and crispy.
