Ingredients:*Chicken Italian sausage, Isernio's, 8 serving (2 pkg)Tomatoes, canned crushed (28oz) FredMeyer, 6.5 cup (2 cans)Tomato Sauce, Organic Private Selection, 3.5 cup (2 cans)Tomato Paste, Organic Private Selection, 20 tbsp (2 small cans)Onions, raw, .5 small Garlic, 4 cloves Water, tap, 2 cup Basil, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 2 tsp *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1.5 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Red Wine, 2 fl oz Salt .25 tspRed Pepper Flakes, .25 tsp

Brown sausage (casings removed), add onions and cook until soft. Add all other ingredients (except red wine) stirring well and bring to a boil. Add red wine. Simmer on low for about an hour.
