2 T olive oil1 t chicken basethe meat from 1 chicken leg1 onion, chopped1 t minced garlic3 medium carrots, peeled & chopped3 celery ribs, chopped10 C water10 baby golden potatoes, chopped3 oz. frozen corn1 t ground sage1 t poultry seasoningsalt & pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in a stock pot. Saute onion, garlic, & chicken until fragrant.
2. Add all other ingredients in the order listed. Bring to a low boil and boil for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
