Chili Relleno Casserole Simply CO

Ingredients
2/3 cup rice1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce1/4 cup sliced green onions3/4 tsp. dried whole oregano1 can (16oz) fat-free refried beans1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degree. Cook rice. Combine tomato sauce, onions, garlic powder and oregano. Coat 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix beans and rice together. Spread half of the mixture in bottom of casserole dish; layer with chopped chilies and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Cover with remaining bean/rice mixture; pour tomato sauce over top. Bake 25 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and heat 5 min.
