Easy French Crepes

Ingredients
1 cup Flour1 Tablespoon sugar2 cups milk3 eggs2 tbs butter
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside
Beat milk and eggs together slowly adding dry mixture
Once dry and wet ingredients are mixed, add melted butter
Pour a small amount of the mixture onto a heated skillet and cook until the edges are brown.
Flip and cook for 30 seconds.

Makes 12-15 crepes. 12 servings.
