Ingredients
2 med stalks celery chopped1/4 cup chopped green onion4 tbsp light mayo1 small apple (diced)1/2 tsp curry powder1 skinless, boneless chicken breast (diced)
Directions
poach chicken
combine in bowl; chopped celery, onion, mayo, apple, curry powder and diced chicken. Mix together and serve on flatbread.
