Ingredients
Peel 1 large potato, either red, white or russet choppedpeel 3 carrots, regular size slice thin4-6 oz light sour creamlots of pepperdash of salt to taste (sea salt)steam carrots and potato until soft, mash together and add sour cream, salt to taste, and pepper. Whip and you can pipe them on to plate with pastry bag. Try this first before you decide to add anything else, it is really good like this.
