1 Onion1/2 - 1 red bell pepperaround 1 kg. or, 2.2 lbs.stewing beef2-3 carrots coined1 pkg. hot spinach and leek dip seasoning mix (optional)2tbsp. Bisto traditional gravy sauce mixwater
saute onions, red bell pepper, add stew beef - brown.
Add packet spinach and artichoke dry mix - 54 calories, simmer
Add 2tbsp bisto - 60 calories. simmer
Add to crock pot - heated -
Add cut up carrots your taste
add water to taste - I put about 3-4 cups
Cook as slow cooker indicates
Serve with baked potato or brown rice. (You could put potatoes in too).
Serves family of 4 - 5 / 1/4 of the amount = 232 Calories, 4.9 carbs, 0 sugar, 26.4 protein, 6.9 fat - so you can add a baked potato or brown rice!
