Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage2 cup chopped onion2 cup sliced carrots2 cup mushrooms (optional)2 cloves garlic minced4 cup chicken broth1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes - chopped1 can tomato sauce2-3 cup mini lasagna noodles2 cup fresh spinach or kale finely choppedwater as needed
Directions
Brown sausage and add onions and carrots and cook apporx 3 min. Stir in mushrooms and garlic and cook approx 3 min. more. Add broth, stewed tomaotes, tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Drop in pasta and spinach and cook approx 10 min or until pasta is done. Serve garnished with cheese (I used parmesan, but you'll need to add calories)
