Hoisin Chicken

3-4 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips (or chunks)1 c. hoisin sauce1 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1/2 c. brown sugar1-2 Tbsp Lite soy sauce1 clove garlic, minced1-2 scallions/green onion, chopped
After cutting up chicken, garlic, onions, and green onions set aside.
In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, olive oil, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Once all ingredients are mixed, add chicken and remaining items.
Let marinate in bowl covered with plastic in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Remove chicken pieces from marinade and cook either on grill, stove top in skillet or bake/broil.
Choices are up to you! You may also add more hoisin sauce or any other ingredients to suit your taste.
Enjoy with steamed veggies and rice!
