Stuffed turkey burger

Ingredients
ground turkey1 small onion1 small zucchinimuchrooms (optional)spinach (optional)S & P
Directions
saute onion, zucchini,and mushrooms chopped small in a little oil--add S & P. While that is cooking, make a small pancake from the ground turkey. Take some of the mixture and place it in the middle of the turkey pancake. Place another turkey pancake on top and seal around the edges. This can be placed on a grill, griddle, or frying pan but remember to spray first because turkey has no fat or grease. When brown on both sides, serve with sliced tomatoes or any other veggie you like. Experiment with any other filling--including cheese--but then you raise the fat count. Enjoy!!
