Rice Pudding

Ingredients
150g short grain pudding rice950ml whole milk50g granulated sugarNutmeg
Directions
Put rice sugar and milk in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg, cover with lid and bake in a preheated oven at gas mark 6 210c for 1hour. Remove lid. Stir and check rice texture. Continue to cook uncovered until rice is cooked.

    I don't know.... I just added ingredients already listed, I think I will have to change the whole milk entry to a different whole milk entry.
