3/4 c. egg substitute1 serving mezzetta sundried tomato1 c. fresh spinach leaves1 oz. Feta cheese, crumbledCooking spray
Directions
1. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add egg substitute, sundried tomatoes and spinach.
3. Cook all ingredients until desired doneness.
4. Add feta cheese. Enjoy!
