Sandy's Quick Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
1 35 oz, can Tuttorosso1 60z can Luigi Vittelli Tomato Paste3 cloves minced garlic 2 tbs. extra virgin olive oildried oreganodried basil 1 whole dried bay leaf1/3 can of water (approx 1.5 c)
Directions
Heat oil on low add garlic, basil, oregano and bay leaf. Sautee garlic until fragrant and softened. Add tomato paste and stir quickly to remove rawness yet prevent burning. Add crushed tomatoes. Stir. Fill 1/3 crushed tomato can with water and stir. Bring to a boil, lower, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
